We built Simplaix because project management tools often add friction instead of removing it. They require learning complex interfaces, while the actual need is simple: define requirements, execute tasks, and track progress.
Simplaix takes an agent-first approach: you describe the outcome, and AI agents handle the workflow.
Currently, you can:
Use it as an intelligent To-Do list & lightweight project manager
Create projects, tasks, and documents in natural language
Auto-generate tasks from documents and assign them to background agents (currently supports writing-related tasks)
Build project timelines and sync them to Google Calendar with one command
The vision:
End-to-end automation of requirements → execution → tracking → reporting, with multi-agent orchestration that makes “one-person companies” viable.
We’re a small team, shipping features incrementally. The code will be open-sourced later this year (2025).

We’d love feedback: What tasks would you want to delegate to AI agents?
