I built Ladderr, a voice agent for workplace soft skills. It runs coach-style 1:1 voice check-ins (at a cadence you choose) to keep you accountable and reflect on next steps, and it supports practice, feedback and role-play for common workplace scenarios (business English, giving/receiving feedback, stakeholder pushback, conflict resolution, self-advocacy).

Early MVP - free while I iterate; login required (no credit card).
