I have sent multiple emails over the past year (from the email in my account) but have never received a response. This is particularly disappointing given that the FAQ prominently directs users to contact this address, especially for privacy related concerns.

I have used it and had a response within the last week. Maybe mail from your provider is being silently rejected? Do you have a different email address and provider that you can use?

thx for the feedback. I tried from gmail and from the email in my account. I really hope they whitelist the emails from the user email fields though.
