Sputnik moments can’t happen for society’s with such a high average age. On average, history tells us that older folks don’t have the ambition to flip tables and fix things.

There are so many Europeans working for trillion dollar tech companies here in Silicon Valley and their branch offices in Europe that I think Europeans can rightly feel they are responsible for these high tech goodies as much as anybody.

Robotaxis not available in Europe proper seems like another example of a regulatory problem.
