More important than all of these is solidifying one's right to refuse to divulge cryptographic key material.

The tools already exist to have the most crucial forms of privacy, and the largest risk is just the government threatening you with arbitrary punishments for refusing to give up information that you may not even know.

It's funny because if you think about it the government has, "huge lists of names" and right now there's a bunch of homicidally pissed off people trying to, "build lists of names." I wonder what happens next?
