Did they ignore the directive, and do slides instead?

Or did they try to do the Amazon 6-pager meetings, but they were bad at it?

I have a suspicion that the interview process itself gives a bad impression of the Leadership Principles, by making them look like corporate drone interview theatre BS ritual, rather than something that's taken seriously.
