The future of AI is taking a surprisingly human turn. While we focus on productivity, a Harvard Business Review report predicts the top use case for AI in 2025 will be "Therapy/companionship."

This is already a reality. Research by Anthropic reveals that a growing number of individuals are using AI to dive into religious and cultural texts, seeking a deeper understanding of life's meaning.

This convergence of technology and introspection inspired me to build HeyGuru: a spiritual AI mentor on Telegram.
