If this is true we should see a big smack-down pretty soon of:

- Apple and now Google charging a commission on steered links which the EU Commission has previously said must be free and now carry charges of up to 20% and 10% respectively

- the app notarization process Apple has been accused of abusing since the DMA came active and Google is now going to implement across Android to inhibit sideloading

- Facebook openly defying the EU Commission's requirement that opting-out of behavioral data being used in ads must not be subscription-only.
