The dresses look great, but I can't help but notice that all the dress wearers featured in the article look to be African American. Are non-AA teens also buying these dresses but just not pictured in the article?
Or is the phenomenon limited to just those of African descent? If so, why? If these were custom dresses being made in China, India, or Mexico, I wouldn't assume the audience would be restricted those of those ethnicities. Is this different?
