Sonoma's homeless population might have dropped a whopping 22.6%, compared to, say, Los Angeles at a "mere" 4%. However, Sonoma's population is a mere 11,000 people, while Los Angeles is a tiny bit larger, coming in at 3.89 million for the city, and 9.757 million in the county.

Regardless, nicely done California. I assume my tax dollars are contributing in a positive way to these improved statistics.
