Advanced Security Solutions launched this month...

Their verified creds are a x-Twitter post from a new account and a site hosted on a vanilla Namecheap server.

Their high-power acronym aside, I'm not certain this is a going concern.

$20 million may be the highest bounty offered so far, but I doubt anyone capable of such an attack would sell their idea for such a paltry sum to a vague entity.
