AskSpot lets you ask and answer questions with people in your area, anytime. Whether you need local recommendations, quick advice, or want to connect with nearby residents, AskSpot makes it easy to share and discover location-based insights. I built this because I often wanted quick, reliable answers from locals when traveling or exploring my own city, but couldn’t find a simple, privacy-friendly tool for it. Built with SvelteKit + Firebase, it supports hierarchical location codes so users can see relevant questions from their country, region, or neighborhood. Currently live and free to try — I’d love your feedback, bug reports, and ideas for new features!
