Only employers care about the migration from outsourcing to setting up divisions in India. From the point of view of employees, it still means moving jobs from the US to India. It’s just that your replacements don’t work for Wipro or TCS, but instead work directly for your employer.

Can the US really impose tariffs on these foreign offices of US corporations? Are these corporations “buying services”?
