This article is good, but it's wild that this is trending when three or four years ago the front page was full of articles talking about BATNA and up-negotiating already high salaries.

Times have changed indeed, and quickly!

Anyway, I accepted a downlevel once in my career, and I regretted it immensely. Never again.
