We built ChatOps inside WhatsApp for Indian ops teams

We noticed Indian ops teams — hospitals, service teams, facility managers — all run on WhatsApp. Not email. Not Slack. Just endless chat groups and Excel sheets.

But WhatsApp wasn’t built for work. So we built “ChatOps for WhatsApp” — a layer that turns chats into tickets, tasks, and workflows, all from within WhatsApp. No logins, no portals, no app-switching.

It integrates with backend tools (CRM, ERP, HRMS), handles SLAs, and helps ops leaders finally track what’s going on — without changing how their teams work.

Built for India. Might be useful in other WhatsApp-heavy markets too.
