Ask HN: Did you find any job boards not flooded with spam?

Hi HN,
Did anyone find a platform that is not overwhelmed with bots?
I am a product manager, and the moment I see the job (posted 1-2 hours ago) it already has 100 applications on LinkedIn. And I believe the same is true for all the lever/greenhouse ATS systems.
I am genuinely trying to apply only to relevant jobs, but it feels like I outcompeted by bots.
The problem (imo) started with companies ghosting candidates and never making an effort to reply or just having a generic rejection email. They used matching algorithms based on finding keywords in the CV.
Any job board will just redirect to an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) such as Lever and Greenhouse. These AI apply platforms are scraping these ATSs and applying on candidates' behalf.
Job boards are just distribution channels.
Also, it feels some companies are not even hiring for those roles, so the effort of manually applying is kinda useless.
Got ghosted after the automatic (now it seems it was automatic) test assignment. I spend like half day to make a Python script, analyse the data make a report... and then crickets

Such an awesome recommendation! Thanks u/toomuchtodo!
