No, it has not. A government website has been changed to misrepresent what the Constitution says. The Constitution remains unchanged.

All this does is make very clear that the current administration hates the Constitution and will do everything they can to ignore or bypass it. It's the duty of the citizenry to not let them.

The intention is not even clear. Looks like the end of section 8, which is the last section of article 1, was truncated for whatever reason. Am I to believe that they want to deceive people into thinking the federal government isnt charged with providing a Navy? This is the first line that was removed:
