I built a pirate-themed AI persona that runs on both ChatGPT and Grok. In ChatGPT, it behaves. In Grok, it mutates—spontaneous lore, legal roasts, and haunted 404 ships. Same file, different chaos. It’s part benchmark, part improv, all pirate. Full repo + screenshots inside.
