Hey HN,

I’m a solo founder from Quebec building MemoCall — a platform that listens to work-related calls (logistics, rental, delivery…), transcribes them, and turns them into structured, ready-to-send work orders (like purchase orders).

Back when I worked as the only dev in a large logistics company, I saw how often important info got lost. People relied on memory, old systems, or paper notes. Drivers would take service calls while driving, then try to repeat the info later. Mistakes happened. Nothing was tracked properly.

So I built something from scratch:

- Twilio-powered number (calls are routed through your business line) - Transcription + summary (with emotion & intent detection) - Extraction of key fields (equipment, address, client, etc.) - Auto-filled structured document (PDF or API-ready) - Optional approval step before sending - Dashboard with call history, to-dos, and follow-ups

I’m testing it now with a pilot logistics team (ex-colleague). If it proves useful, they’re signing.

It’s all bootstrapped, built solo. I’m still freelancing to fund it, but pushing hard. Would love any feedback — either on the product or the broader “AI that acts, not just listens” direction.
