TLDR: the long-awaited country-specific tariffs are now in effect. Roughly-

5–10%: Brazil, Falkland Islands, United Kingdom

10–15%: Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Botswana, Cameroon, Chad, Costa Rica, Côte d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ecuador, Equatorial Guinea, Fiji, Ghana, Guyana, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Lesotho, Liechtenstein, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Nauru, New Zealand, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Norway, Papua New Guinea, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Uganda, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Zambia, Zimbabwe

15–20%: Nicaragua, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, Thailand. EU: 15% minimum.

20–25%: Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Vietnam

25–30%: Brunei, India, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Tunisia

30–35%: Algeria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Libya, South Africa

35–40%: Iraq, Serbia

40–45%: Laos, Myanmar (Burma)

45%+: Syria

Blanket 10% duty continues to apply to goods from trading partners not listed. Transshipped goods = additional 40% duty if detected.
