I built Strength Journeys, a free open-source dashboard that turns your Google Sheet lifting log into visual insights.

I've been working on this for about 3 years - teaching myself React (Next.js) and Javascript.

It’s designed for long-term barbell lifters and strength nerds who already track workouts in spreadsheets. All processing happens in the browser—no backend, no login, no data lock-in.

It has an openAI API "talk to your data" and a lifting coach feature.

Feedback very welcome—especially if you lift or track data in Google Sheets!
