Show HN: Orchetta – the customer journey management platform
I've spent a bunch of time as a customer experience manager and I've always struggled with the existing ways we as an industry manage complex customer journeys in disparate systems, Miro boards and slide decks.
I've always wanted something that could bring some structure to this chaos. So I've built a tool for people that want to work around customer journeys - and with the rise of customer journey management as a practice, it's really good timing.
Orchetta is for product managers, experience managers and journey managers that have to manage really complex experiences (think multi-product, multi-category organisations) and all the moving pieces that go along with that.
You can track the customer journey frameworks, individual journeys and the needs, values, issues and opportunities along that journey. Customer needs are to be satisfied, issues are to be resolved, opportunities are to be developed and values are to be protected.
