Big ups to lifeguards but we need to stop paying so much OT in general. CHP has the same issue.
Edit: is the math right? $70.8M / 134 = $528k which is more than the highest paid lifeguard.

Such a fucking huge waste of money. They should honestly knock the amount up by $30M and get 1 openai engineer instead.
