AI won't take your job. But it might take your role in the system

Think of a farm 100 years ago.

You’re the farmer. You rely on your bull. Together, you plow the land. It’s slow, hard work. But it works.

Then along comes the tractor. What happens?

The farmer doesn’t lose his job. He just gets way more productive. It’s the bull that gets sidelined.

AI is the tractor.

It’s not replacing the people doing the thinking, decision-making, and strategy. It’s replacing the manual effort behind those activities.

If your job is: - moving data between tools - running routine reports - filling templates You’re the bull. Repetitive. Replaceable.

If your job is: - deciding what to track - interpreting the “why” behind the data - choosing what to say or build You’re the farmer. And now you’ve got a turbocharged machine.

So here’s the question: Are you the bull, or the farmer?
