I would like to create a website for consumers to communicate bad product experiences. The place should not be filtered or censored in any way within legal status. Can you provide some insight?

I really would like to give voice to those that can't express their frustration. It could be a place to really share knowledge and real data avoiding the power of fake reviews.

To avoid spamming and abuse some kind of identification should be used.
