I’ve been building PlotSense — just launched it yesterday. It’s an AI movie search tool, but not the usual genre/actor filter stuff. This one’s different.
I always felt like the way we search for movies is broken. I never think in terms of “action” or “drama.” I think more like: “I want something that feels like a gut punch” or “a slow film that leaves me unsettled.”
So I built a search that actually gets that. You can type something like:
“Haunting and slow, makes me think about life and death”
“Warm and nostalgic but kinda sad too”
