Japan is literally the definition of a crisis.

"Kishida said Japan was “on the cusp of whether it can maintain its societal functions”...

over 50% of companies have shortage of labour; and that's despite being heavily robotic and automated.

They have extreme amount of debt, but also future debt of social security and healthcare costs from elderly that cant be paid for.

Yes they cut pension benefits and changed eligibility. You have to pay way more co-pay in healthcare.

The IMF has Japan collapsing significantly in the early 2030s due to pension pressures.
