Wow, I thought Google's innovation of zero-customer-service was bad. I hadn't considered that Amazon might go one step worse. Maybe I'll go leave one-star reviews of Kindles I haven't used and see if they're consistent about respecting this predictive review doctrine.

This tracks with my experience of Goodreads; the reviews are rarely reflective of whether or not I enjoy a book.
