I built DotPlus — a fully offline QR and barcode generator written in Rust. It supports CSV input, PNG export, QR + multiple barcode types, and works both as a GUI and CLI tool. No internet required.

Use cases: warehouse labeling, logistics, offline automation, shipping stickers, inventory tags.

Built with egui, barcoders, imageproc, and pure std::env CLI parsing.

Free binaries available. Not open-source (yet), but free for personal use.
