Nothing against the people of St. Louis - but Michigan Chemical's "fill mineral supplement containers with look-alike poison, and sell that statewide" epic fail had a vastly larger impact than anything they did locally. From a regulatory & safety PoV (vs. the article's general "chemicals=bad" PoV) that was also a very different sort of failure, vs. the "casually dump & burn" crap that the article's mostly about.
