It has always amazed me that even with infinite potential realities, that in this one, code enforcement can dictate that a home be a minimum square footage. There's all sorts of other equally bizarre behavior, but large forrests, or trees altogether, in a culture that builds its homes to the very edges of the property line, is probably not worth mentioning.
