AppTrack is a desktop application designed to help you better organize your job search. It provides a simple UI and basic smart sorting to keep your applications tidy and easy to manage. There's no sign-up, no cloud, and no data reporting - just a dedicated tool to free you from the spreadsheet stronghold. Track the state of your applications, notes you want to document, or bookmark companies that look interesting - all without sharing your job search data with anyone else.

I started building AppTrack as a personal project to rejuvenate my love for coding. I had been using a plain text file to monitor my own job search. It sufficed, but I wanted something purpose-built for the task. Though I recognize there are other tools out there, everything I've seen have been web-based, required logins, or stored my data (God knows where). I didn’t want that. I'm okay with giving up some features to ensure that my job search is not aggregated with others and being discussed in a conference room somewhere.

Please feel free to download a copy and give it a try yourself! I am always open to feedback, in this thread, emailed to Support@getAppTrack.com, or in the github page (https://github.com/Caffeine-Driven-Development-LLC/AppTrack). Pull requests are also always appreciated. Please know that I don't currently have a Windows signing certificate, so you will get a warning if you attempt to install on Windows. I'll fix that as soon as I finish my job search and have an income again. :p
