I'm sure Pfizer and the Sachlers will provide a free AI for them to use.

Joking aside. Everyone is already using LLM's in 'shadow IT' form.

Having an internal model at least gives those sticking with the rules an IT alternative.

AI smartypants keep saying that smart people use AI as a tool and people who are... not smart... view it as an oracle.

Given this administration's to-date track record with AI it seems that they're using it as an oracle.

I have zero faith that the current administration won't just feed papers into it, ask it "so, like, is this cool or what?", and rubber stamp what it shits out.
