The lawsuit isn’t a big surprise considering how litigious they are when it comes to anything close to their intellectual property, more so suprised that it was only filed now and not months ago.

Imagine Models are small enough to run on consumer hardware so inference doesn't matter. We do need p2p for training and distribution though
