What I learned doing MLOps with SageMaker

I recently wrote this article to share how I approach setting up MLOps on AWS using SageMaker. It’s based on my own experience and includes diagrams showing how I structure the process and components. My main goal in sharing this here is to get feedback — whether there are ways to improve it, blind spots I might have missed, or use cases where this approach wouldn’t work well. I’d also love to hear if others use a similar setup — that would help me know I’m on the right track. Happy to discuss or clarify anything.
