I'm coming up on 10 years working next week.

Looking back, I am really grateful and satisfied.

As I can't say the same about looking 10 years ahead, I was wondering what you like about our industry and your job if you think about the next years of your career?

I started in 2004. I've gone through burnout multiple times. Shouldve become a goose or goat farmer many times before.

I have 2 standout loves.

1. My coworkers are awesome.

2. Lack of bureaucracy.

I could write about ITIL and office politics. Ive dealt with insanity to the wazoo.
