None. If my job didn't require it, I'd never use or develop for Windows.

Wait, there are people who prefer Windows over Linux for architectural reasons ?

I can understand people doing it for work reasons - gotta pay the bills, but by choice ?

For one thing, Windows got something like Wayland in Windows Vista back in 2007. It is 18 years later and some linux distros still use X.

10 years ago I found it an aggravation that Linux desktops did not pay attention to little details like font metrics so it was not unusual for a label to overflow the space for it. In the past 2 years or so I have had Ubuntu desktop machines that I like using so I think it has gotten better.

I am not really a "Windows Dev", I use Windows to develop web-based applications that often run on Linux servers. Long ago I used to write Silverlight applications with WPF and it was cool, I've got no idea how I would start writing a Windows native GUI program today, however it seems that Microsoft isn't all that sure and would consider "use Electron" or "What the hell is wrong with you? Just make a web app."
