CORE WAR TOURNAMENT ANOUNCEMENT

Inversed has announced the Nano Core War Challenge, with a first prize of $100. Entries will be scored against the Nash equilibrium, and a new equilibrium will be calculated.

What is Core War?

Core War is a programming game which challenges players to write a program in an assembly-like language called Redcode. Programs compete by trying to eliminate all opponents in a shared, simulated memory called the core. The last program standing wins the round.

What is Nano Core War?

Nano Core War is a compact Core War environment with a memory size of 80 and a max program length of 5. It encourages efficient code, supports diverse strategies, and is ideal for experimenting with genetic algorithms.
