40 days ago the question came up why no lawyer was involved yet "We just received this news now, we will be taken action if it is not resolved this week". I assume you talked to a lawyer in the meantime? Uppercase rants on social media rarely work. https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=43581348

I sent an email to complaints department and they said wait 15-20 days, we waited then they responded with what I wrote here which is funds won't be made available to you. I asked clarification and they did not respond for 20 days

So I guess I will take legal action but I hope this to be resolved faster because lawyer told me these things can take years...
