Number of open tech jobs is rising

In my experience recruiters collecting resumes and job postings that aren't intended to be filled seem very common which might skew the data since the "old job posts" aren't being removed.

Companies create fictitious jobs, then they say we can't fill them because there are not enough qualified people. Gives them an excuse to hire H1B's or offshore.

Number of open tech jobs is rising is not what can be concluded from the post. The number of job posts is increasing...
