Hey HN,

I wanted to share an update on the simple crypto rates tracker I built a while ago. Based on the feedback I received, I’ve made some major improvements to the site.

Here’s what’s new:

Expanded support: The site now tracks 30+ cryptocurrencies and over 160 fiat currencies.

Real-time data: Switched to a WebSocket API instead of the previous Coingecko API, giving you more accurate and up-to-date prices.

Improved design: I updated the font to something more techy and crypto-related, giving the site a cleaner, more relevant feel.

Bug fixes: Addressed several bugs, improving stability and speed.

I’ve kept the minimalistic, no-frills approach so you can keep it open in a tab and get quick, distraction-free updates on crypto prices.
