I’ve found that people around me are now very used to asking AI instead of typing keywords for searching, since AI chatbots are much smarter than search engines. It seems that this kind of intelligence can also outperform the click-based recommendation algorithms used everywhere nowadays. Are there any attempts or progress in this area already happening?
