The price of assets (e.g., stocks, real estate, etc) is a function of the money supply. The responses to COVID inflated the money supply worldwide. If any area is in demand, of course the prices will increase, regardless of the money supply.

I can only assume some Copenhagen entity paid the WJS for this feature (to increase demand further). A new version of pump & dump?
