This journalist was accused of being a spy or working with Hamas. I have absolutely NO IDEA about this accusation.

A journalist would be have to be perfect cover, as basically a journalist would have reason for going anywhere. Any person in a warzone is high risk.

It was said Israel should release their evidence - maybe this will not happen as they could want to not disclose their sources. This is only MY supposition

There is no evidence as usual. Until Israel can admit to their many 1000's of war crimes it's not reasonable to accept anything they say at face value.
