Show HN: NameFast – Instantly find available names for your SaaS idea

Naming a SaaS is harder than it looks.

You want something: • short • relevant • available • not cringe • ideally with a .com or clean .io

After struggling to name a few of my own projects (and burning hours on domain searches), I built NameFast — a minimal tool that helps you generate name ideas and instantly check if the domain is free.

How it works: • Describe your product (ex: “a project tracker for freelancers”) • (Optionally) add keywords or target audience • It gives you clean name suggestions and filters based on availability

It’s not trying to be creative for the sake of it. Just quick, usable names that fit a modern SaaS.

Why I made it: I’ve spent too long coming up with names that sounded good… but were all taken. I wanted something fast, focused, and startup-friendly.
