This should be thrown out on the grounds that it would render all forms of live streaming illegal -- or extremely dangerous to provide.

Nor does it serve a security function. Facebook live-streaming provided first responders and military/police personnel with valuable intel, and may even have provided them with a partial list of perpetrators.

In the US, this would fall under section 230, anyway. If Israel doesn't have an analogous law, it's possible that they look to US law and common practice, in which case the lawsuit will fail.
