Show HN: I made a tool to reduce customer support time by 50%

At Formester were facing a problem. Our 50% plus time was going into customer support.

And the question were mostly about how to do something in the app. Which we have already documented well through videos, blogs and documentation.

I created Chakam for this purpose. We are starting to use it internally and also looking for other medium to large organization would could benefit from it.
