Of course they are. PGE has spent years diverting maintenance dollars into stock buy backs and the like.

There are a lot of projects around clearing trees and such around their lines. Funny thing is, the current federal administration is making some of the requirements pge was supposed to meet moot.

The CPUC and PGE need to do more to establish upgrading lines and infrastructure at the companies expense not the customer.
