Conceivably your outrage might get affect people who didn't vote at all last time, but that seems unlikely. They were told very clearly what the consequences would be. Why would they care more today, when this is a fait accompli, than they did six months ago when it was obvious that this would happen? I don't know their reasons for deciding not to vote, but I don't think anything has happened that would alter their reasons.
