This seems unnecessary. Authoritarianism is a name for centralized control.

The solution then is fighting centralization as aggressively as possible. The most opposite of centralization is point-to-point communication by identity of preshared hashes.

You aren’t going to fight authoritarianism using social media or web servers. Those are points of centrality.
